How to cook:
My way of making above salad :

This is one of the traditional foods of central Burma.
Roast rice and roast pork
My way:
This time , I measured rice and water with a high ball glass.
1 and a half glassful of rice and 2 and a quarter glassful of water was added in ceramic pan.
Black bean sauce 2 table spoons and mixed
3 sugar cubes
Sunflower oil one table spoon,
Color (red)
Cooked in micorwave for 10 min
Then transferred to oven at 180C.
Covered with foil
left for 20 min
Good result…
For roast pork, usually roast method for 1 and a half hours.

Pork belly roasted. Potato baked. Vegs boiled.

Sizzling onion slides and fresh tomato chops for 3-4 mins, it was ready to add white fish, finished with black bean and soya sauces.

Pasta was cooked in tomato and herb sauce.
Chicken fillet was roasted separately.
Easy and healthy with minimal oil.

Saturday easy cook:
Lamb chop, potato roast with red kidney bean salad

If you mix Chicken thighs with yoghurt overnight, better result
Chicken thighs cooked with Thai curry paste. Coconut powder is a bonus. Good with Pakistani rice. Fantastic
